MEET THE TEAM
This is a little bit about us and some of our team members.
Our team work very hard to give each customer the ultimate expericence, whether it be to visit us in the coffee shop or dining on an
evening in our Bistro, each team member will look after your needs.
You will meet a number of different team members during your visit and each will greet you with a warm Yorkshire smile. They are all knowledgeable about the area and can advise on walks and days out within the Yorkshire Dales.
Owners Adele, Rick & our 'little one'
We are both very passionate people and love the outdoors. Our favourite place being the French Alps, where we have had many holidays, both in the summer time biking, paddling and climbing, and Skiing in the winter.
We also love walking with our little dog Lola. She is slowly turning into a grumpy old lady, being 18 years old now, but she still loves to run around the hills and explore the many walks in Grassington.
Both the Coffee Shop and Bistro setting are inspired by both of our travels and endless happy hours in coffee shops. We hope you take away many happy memories from ours.
Evening Bistro Head Chef Paul Salonga
Paul has a passion for cooking. He learnt his trade working for 25 years at the Burgoyne Hotel in Reeth, North Yorkshire, which was in the Good Food guide for many years.
Paul offers inspiring and tasty food, with plenty to suit all taste buds, all with his own take on it.
He is a huge Middlesbrough FC supporter and likes to watch as many matches as he can get to. His favourite place is the Philippines, which he visits annually.
Supervisor / Barista : Claire Megson
Claire is a full time team member and you will see her working throughout the day in the coffee shop and also in the evening Bistro
Claire is a passionate person and when you meet her she will always bring a happy smile to your face. She can also advise you on any walks in the Yorkshire Dales or days out within the area, as she can often be found venturing out with her small doggy Ben.
Claire first trained on the Cruise ships and she implements her wealth of knowledge into everyday life.
